We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The role involves driving business growth, building customer relationships, managing a sales team, and designing innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
Represent the company in districts in Bihar and other states.
Explore opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and tie-ups.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Sales Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and pursue new opportunities as relevant to the company.
Build and maintain long-term associates’ relationships.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, outdoor).
Manage company presence across social media, website, and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, associate’s needs, and growth areas.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams for content, branding, and promotions.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze sales metrics (leads, conversions, revenue growth).
Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
Optimize ROI on marketing spend and ad campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
1-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in Education, Services, or similar industries.
Hands-on experience in both offline and digital marketing.
Skills
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop sales pipelines and close deals.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools & CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Analytical and strategic mindset with problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel within the region for business expansion.
