Marketing Manager

A Sales Marketing professional drives revenue by developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying market opportunities, and leading sales efforts to exceed targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing competitors, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to increase brand awareness and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to boost brand awareness and hit revenue targets.

• Market Research: Analyze competitor products, market trends, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics.

• Campaign Management: Create, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.

• Lead Generation & Sales: Drive sales by identifying, engaging, and closing leads, often working with CRM tools.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate ROI and optimize future efforts.

• Budgeting: Assist in creating marketing budgets and setting sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a combined sales-marketing role.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and sales reports.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools
