Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager(4-6 Years)

Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.

• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and ROI.

• Oversee content creation, branding initiatives, promotional activities, and corporate communications.

• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.

• Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance insights to management.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing automation tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience:

• 4–6 Years

Compensation:

• ₹6–8 LPA
