💼 Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager – B2B to handle industrial sales and marketing activities in the assigned region.

The candidate will be responsible for developing B2B business, building strong customer relationships, generating new enquiries, and achieving business targets with speed, efficiency, and professionalism.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle Industrial B2B Sales & Marketing

• Generate and convert B2B leads, particularly in the packaging sector

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, negotiations and follow-ups

• Handle enquiries and convert prospects into business

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production, dispatch and timely delivery

• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client requirements

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

• Submit weekly MIS, sales reports and market feedback

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

🧠 Experience & Eligibility

• 5–6 years of relevant B2B / Industrial Marketing experience

• Experience in Manufacturing / Packaging / Printing / Flexible Packaging / Chemical / Industrial Products will be preferred

• Preference for candidates with 5–6 years of stability in one organization

• Age: Up to 40 years

• Strong local market knowledge and established industrial client network preferred

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

• Industrial Products

• Chemical Industry

• Understanding of manufacturing and printing processes

• Exposure to BRCGS / ISO audits will be an advantage
