We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, promote property sales, and build brand visibility across digital and offline platforms.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve property sales targets.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.) for lead generation.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing plans with sales goals.
Handle marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and prepare performance reports.
Oversee branding, creatives, and marketing materials for projects.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and advertising agencies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in real estate marketing (residential or commercial).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ATL/BTL activities, and branding.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
