Navjyoti Transforming Lives and Career is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing overall marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and leading the marketing team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Lead, guide, and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Plan and oversee online and offline marketing activities including BTL campaigns and events.

• Monitor brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

• Manage digital marketing platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social channels.

• Track campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments for smooth execution.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI on campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related field.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, AI tools, and analytics platforms.

• Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset.
