About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

• Experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.

• Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.

• Experience managing campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses is preferred.
