Type: Full-Time / 6-Month Contract (Extendable)

About the Organization

Jazba Foundation Trust is a non-profit organization working through its initiative 'Shiksha

Dharma' to empower students, parents, and teachers through scientific personality

development, NLP, and Microvita-based training programs.

Role Objective

To lead and implement marketing strategies, strengthen campus and institutional

partnerships, and enhance brand visibility and outreach for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute national and campus-level marketing campaigns

• Lead and manage interns and the marketing team

• Establish MoUs and partnerships with colleges and institutions

• Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops

• Manage lead generation, data tracking, and reporting

• Develop branding materials, presentations, and promotional content

Eligibility / Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or education sector (internship experience

acceptable)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach
