Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies to promote housekeeping services, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage both digital and field marketing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Research

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.

Define target customer segments and positioning strategies.

Campaign Leadership

Oversee digital and offline campaigns across platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Naukri).

Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment in all marketing materials.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Team Management & Collaboration

Lead and mentor marketing executives, content creators, and social media staff.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with service delivery.

Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners for campaigns.

Lead Generation & Business Development

Drive lead generation through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Support conversion strategies by equipping sales teams with presentations and collateral.

Build collaborations with institutes, corporates, and local partners.

Brand Building & Communication

Establish and maintain strong brand identity across platforms.

Draft professional communication for outreach, recruitment, and client engagement.

Implement loyalty and referral programs to retain clients.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs including reach, engagement, lead conversion, and revenue impact.

Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review.

Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
