Position: Branch Manager
📍 Location: Naveen Shahdara, Delhi
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in the Education Sector
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Handle student & parent enquiries and counselling
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents
• Support student admissions and lead conversion
• Plan and execute local marketing activities
• Promote the institute through online & offline marketing
• Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective students
• Ensure smooth functioning and growth of the branch
• Achieve monthly admission and business targets
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
✅ Good Marketing & Sales Knowledge
✅ Strong Student/Parent Counselling Skills
✅ Good Leadership & Team Management Skills
✅ Confident and professional personality
✅ Basic knowledge of social media & digital marketing
✅ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
🎯 Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the Education Industry is mandatory.
