Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in B2B industrial sales of Hot-Rolled (HR) and Cold-Rolled (CR) steel sheets and coils. The ideal candidate will manage key OEM accounts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market footprint across automotive, construction, and appliance manufacturing sectors.
Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and onboard new B2B clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and fabricators.
Technical Sales: Effectively pitch HR (high strength/durability) and CR (high precision/smooth finish) steel sheets based on exact client application requirements
Sales Targets: Plan and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations, commercial terms, contract finalization, and payment collections.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, ongoing infrastructure/industrial projects, and shifting market demand for flat steel products.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics, dispatch, and plant inventory teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
