About the Role

ePay is looking for two dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Gallery Managers to oversee gallery operations, manage business activities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the gallery.

- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the team.

- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Maintain excellent customer relationships.

- Monitor business performance and prepare reports.

- Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Target Structure

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹60,000, depending on experience and performance.

- Target-Based Job: The position requires achieving a monthly business target of 20 times the monthly salary.

- Target achievement will be a key performance indicator for the role.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or management preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to achieve challenging business targets.

- Excellent customer-handling and team-management skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
