Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy :::

Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing plans.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Plan marketing campaigns for DEERGHAYUSH products.

Develop strategies for both online and offline marketing.

2. Digital Marketing::

Plan and coordinate social media marketing campaigns.

Manage campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with designers, video creators and digital marketing agencies.

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.

Develop product-focused content and promotional campaigns.

3. Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate new customers, dealers, distributors and business partners.

Develop new market areas and sales channels.

Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

4. Team Management

Recruit, train and manage marketing/sales executives.

Set individual and team targets.

Monitor daily/weekly performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

5. Market Research

Study competitors, pricing, promotions and market trends.

Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management.

Identify opportunities for new products and new markets.

Monitor competitor marketing activities.

6. Brand Development

Maintain consistent DEERGHAYUSH brand communication.

Plan product launches, promotional activities and events.

Coordinate packaging, promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

Increase brand visibility and customer awareness.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Track leads, conversions, sales and campaign performance.

Monitor marketing expenditure and budgets.

Present performance reports to management with recommendations.
