We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads & YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
Improve ROAS, CPA, CPL through testing & optimization
Analyze performance and share actionable insights
Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ads
Scale winning campaigns within budgets
Requirements:
3+ years experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Hands-on with analytics, tracking & reporting
Agency experience is a plus
