Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist/Manager with a strong background in B2B industrial marketing to drive the growth of our hydraulic cylinder product lines (preferably having experience in Steel Plants, Power and cement plants). In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and commercial execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and positioning our standard and custom hydraulic cylinders as top-tier solutions for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and distributors across industries like Steel, Cement construction, agriculture, mining, and manufacturing etc.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at procurement managers, design engineers, and industrial distributors.
Lead Generation & Inbound Marketing: Implement SEO, SEM, and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to capture high-value B2B search traffic for custom manufacturing and replacement parts.
Content Creation & Technical Writing: Collaborate with the engineering team to translate complex technical specifications into compelling marketing collateral, including product catalogs, data sheets, whitepapers, case studies, and application notes.
Market Intelligence & Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor product offerings, identify emerging market segments and analyze customer feedback to inform product positioning.
Trade Shows & Event Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade to maximize brand presence and lead capture.
Website & Digital Assets Management: Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring product configurations, CAD models, and technical documentation are easily accessible to prospective clients.
Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with regular updates, promotional materials, pitch decks, and competitive analysis to help shorten the sales cycle.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related technical field (Mechanical Engineering background is a significant plus).
Experience: 6-8+ years of marketing experience, specifically within the industrial manufacturing, fluid power, hydraulics, or heavy machinery sectors. Preferable candidate from Steel, and cement industry Marketing background
Technical Savvy: Ability to understand hydraulic schematics, pressure ratings, stroke lengths, and mounting styles, applications to communicate effectively with design engineers.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization tools.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for turning rigid technical jargon into persuasive copy.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from budgeting for a trade show to launching a digital product campaign on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or deep familiarity with the International Fluid Power Society (IFPS) standards.
Experience in marketing both standard/catalog cylinders and highly customized engineering solutions.
Readiness to travel for visit the customer PAN India basis or Abroad.
