Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry (specialised in Marketing of builder’s floor/villa’s) to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, attract potential customers, and enhance brand awareness. Your extensive knowledge of real estate marketing, creative thinking and leadership skills will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's real estate projects and drive sales.

· Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including brochures, website content, social media content, advertisements and videos.

· Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising campaigns.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute effective marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.

· Utilize analytics and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and generate positive PR opportunities.

· Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency in marketing activities.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 4-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry.

· In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.

· Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics.

· Experience in leveraging data and analytics to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving marketing objectives.
