Job Summary:

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across branches in the assigned region (NCA) through effective marketing strategies, branch visibility initiatives, and on-ground promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase business growth through planned and executed regional marketing activities

• Develop innovative, region-specific marketing initiatives

• Ensure strong in-branch visibility (branding, product display, banners, glow signs, standees, etc.)

• Prepare and execute branch-level marketing and event calendars

• Drive walk-ins and increase new customer loan disbursements

• Plan and monitor on-ground promotions such as Van Marketing, Melas, Consumer Promotions, and local activities

• Evaluate branch performance based on age and business growth targets

• Monitor marketing expenditure and measure Business Index (ROI on marketing spend)

• Submit daily activity reports and branch visit reports

• Analyze effectiveness of POSM and promotional campaigns for productivity and cost efficiency

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
