The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies across assigned regions to drive client acquisition, product adoption, and brand awareness for the Microfinance Institution. The role focuses on grassroots marketing, field-level activation, and alignment with branch operations to support financial inclusion goals.
Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with institutional goals and annual business targets
Drive customer acquisition and retention through field marketing, community engagement, and local promotions
Coordinate marketing campaigns for micro-loans, savings, insurance, and other financial products
Work closely with branch managers and field staff to execute on-ground marketing activities
Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, competitor activity, and local trends
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS reports on leads, conversions, and ROI
Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
Oversee branding activities to ensure consistent brand messaging across all branches
Train and guide field teams on marketing tools, customer communication, and promotional techniques
Build partnerships with local NGOs, SHGs, community leaders, and other stakeholders
