Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role oversees campaigns, brand positioning, and market research to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns

• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all channels

• Plan and manage marketing budgets and track ROI

• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

• Organize promotional events, product launches, and advertising efforts

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in marketing management or similar role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

• Creativity and problem-solving skills
