Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote ATZ Properties’ projects and enhance brand visibility.

• Plan, manage, and execute both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns.

• Oversee project branding, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.

• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign performance tracking.

• Coordinate events, property expos, and customer engagement programs.

•   Lead, guide, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

•    Prepare analytical reports and present marketing performance insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in marketing management, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign analytics.

• Proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives within set timelines and budgets.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and CRM platforms.
