One of our client, a reputed export house dealing in Ceramics, Tiles, Stones etc. of Porcelain Industry is looking for Sr. Manager Exports for Ahmedabad.

Job description

· The International Export manager is responsible for achieving sales goals in the international market for Ceramic, Stones and Tiles products, building strategic business relationships, generating leads from existing and new customers, and ensuring the teams are executing on per demands and quality to the customer.

· International Sales & Marketing Professional with 7+ years’ experience driving export growth, brand expansion, and B2B sales across US, Europe, UK, Russia and Middle East markets. Proven expertise in market entry strategies, channel partner development, and negotiation with global clients.  One who has successfully delivered 100% client base growth and multimarket expansion for organization.

Requirements
Preferably candidates having exports contacts in Non-GCC Countries

Led the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful conversion, consistently achieving and surpassing global sales targets.
Build an annual export plan P&L accountability for international sales.
Generate new leads.  Develop current customers.
Build and maintain business relationships with key customers. Built and managed strong partnerships with global buyers, vendors, and agencies, ensuring consistent market penetration.
Deepen business activity with current customers.
Coordinate the team to make sure supply meet design, time and quality.
Manage additional export specialist/s.
Excellent negotiations skills.
Great rapport and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
High level on initiatives.

7+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus but not a requirement.
Experience in the porcelain industry - Most preferred but not a requirement
