Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales growth across the Gurgaon region through strong engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants.
Develop and execute an influencer-led project sales strategy to increase brand specification and conversion in residential and commercial projects.
Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical demos at architect offices, design studios, developer offices, and project sites.
Identify, track, and convert project-based opportunities from early design stages to final execution.
Coordinate closely with channel partners, dealers, and the supply chain team to ensure seamless execution of bulk and project orders.
Manage the project sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics within the premium bath ware and sanitary segment.
Represent Kerovit at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in bath fittings, sanitary ware, building materials, tiles, or interior products.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate and project ecosystem with an existing influencer network.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
