Job Description: Marketing Head
Company: Vivek Industries Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Department: Marketing Reports To: Management / Director Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) Open To: Male and female candidates
Role Summary:-
Lead the marketing function at Vivek Industries, building the brand and generating quality leads to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute the marketing strategy in line with sales targets.
• Manage digital marketing: social media, SEO, paid ads and email/WhatsApp campaigns.
• Generate and track leads, working closely with the sales team.
• Organize promotions, events and exhibitions; oversee marketing collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor research; manage the marketing budget.
• Report campaign performance to management and guide junior team members.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including team handling; B2B or industrial background preferred.
• Strong digital marketing, branding and lead-generation skills.
• Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
