We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, business development, client relationships, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing and brand strategy.

• Drive business growth through client acquisition and partnerships.

• Lead content, social media, PR, events, and campaign execution.

• Manage and grow key client relationships.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

• Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking.

• Create compelling service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with leadership exposure.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance campaigns.

• Experience in client management and business development.

• Knowledge of the real estate marketing landscape is preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
