About the Role

Nagar Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has recently launched its product, and this is the stage where the real foundation is built. We are looking for a Marketing Head who can drive fast growth with a minimum budget and establish the company as a strong brand. We need someone who thinks big, builds the strategy independently, and executes it on the ground to deliver real results.

Please Understand the Current Stage

Our team is small at the moment and you will not be given a team right away. In the initial phase you will have to handle everything yourself, from building the strategy to executing it. As the company grows, the team will be built and you will lead it. We invite only those candidates who want to join with a long term vision, who want to grow along with the company, and who are ready to start from the ground and take on a much bigger role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Build short term and long term marketing strategies for the company and execute them independently with a clear plan.

Identify marketing channels that deliver maximum results at minimum cost and drive them effectively.

Own the complete influencer marketing function, select the right influencers, negotiate deals, and generate strong reach within a limited budget.

Create the growth plan for the newly launched product and build the initial user base.

Work on brand building so that the company grows from a local identity to a national and international presence.

Use social media marketing, SEO, B2B and B2C marketing, advertisement, and new formats such as AI videos effectively.

Analyse the market and competition and plan the next steps accordingly.

Track campaign data, prepare reports, and continuously improve based on ROI.

Build, train, and lead the marketing team as the company scales.

Candidate Requirements

Strong command over English, both spoken and written. Expertise in English is mandatory.

4 to 6 years or more of marketing experience.

A broad thinker with the vision to take the company worldwide.

A problem solver mindset. We need someone who finds solutions, not someone who only points out problems.

Proven ability to deliver maximum output within a limited budget.

Self driven and independent, able to take ownership and complete work without a team.

Complete dedication towards work, honesty, and the intent to stay with the company long term.

Creative thinking along with strong skills in MS PowerPoint, presentations, and reporting.

Knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI videos will be an added advantage.
