Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Drive ROI-focused strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize conversions.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing or paid digital campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other ad platforms.

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
