Position: Marketing Lead (Digital + Offline)

About the Company

Dove Garments Pvt. Ltd. is a growing apparel and retail brand focused on comfort wear, athleisure, and fashion products. The company is expanding across retail and digital platforms with a strong focus on branding, customer engagement, and market growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Lead to manage and drive both digital and offline marketing strategies for our growing fashion brand.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, campaign planning, digital marketing, retail promotions, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan and execute Meta & Google ad campaigns

• Handle influencer marketing and brand collaborations

• Coordinate content creation including reels, creatives, and campaigns

• Improve online engagement, traffic, and ROI

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies

Offline Marketing

• Execute retail branding and in-store marketing activities

• Manage print ads, hoardings, brochures, and promotional materials

• Plan store launch campaigns, exhibitions, and events

• Coordinate local marketing activations and promotions

• Ensure strong brand visibility across all retail touchpoints

Campaign Planning & Brand Management

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

• Maintain brand consistency across online and offline platforms

• Coordinate with VM, design, retail, and sales teams

• Create marketing calendars and promotional strategies

• Build brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives

Reporting & Analysis

• Track marketing performance and ROI

• Analyze customer trends and campaign effectiveness

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports

• Suggest improvements based on performance insights

Key Skills Required

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred

• Experience in retail/fashion/apparel industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and branding strategies
