Marketing Head — ImperA Cosmetics

We are not looking for someone to simply run ads or post on Instagram.

We are looking for a marketing thinker who can find new ways to make ImperA visible, desirable and commercially successful.

Your job is to constantly ask:

What can we do next?

That could mean:

• A creative Diwali campaign

• A collaboration with a fashion or jewellery brand

• A unique offline activation

• A creator-led idea

• Getting ImperA into 50 new beauty stores

• A salon or retail partnership

• A PR-worthy campaign

• An unexpected brand collaboration

• A completely new customer acquisition channel

What you'll do

• Build and execute marketing ideas — online + offline

• Find and develop brand collaborations

• Explore events, activations and partnerships

• Build ImperA's presence in offline stores, salons and retail

• Develop creator/influencer opportunities

• Plan campaigns around festivals, trends and cultural moments

• Work with agencies and creative teams to execute ideas

• Track what works and turn successful ideas into growth

Who we want

Someone who is curious, commercially sharp and constantly thinking of ideas.

You should be comfortable saying:

“I found an opportunity. Here's the idea. Here's who we should partner with. Here's what it will cost. Here's how we'll execute it. And here's how it can generate business.”

This is not a routine social media or digital marketing job.

If you want to build marketing rather than simply manage marketing, we want to meet you.

Experience: 5+ years in Marketing / Brand / Growth / Consumer / D2C / Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle preferred.
