Key Responsibilities:

Generate new client leads through digital platforms, networking, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates.

Create engaging marketing content for social media, website, and promotional materials.

Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media).

Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing with business goals.

Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and corporate events for brand promotion.

Track and analyze marketing performance to ensure ROI.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and marketing tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, preferably in recruitment, HR, or service industry.

Freshers with strong communication skills and marketing knowledge may also apply.
