Job వివరణ

The role manages to Sourcing at Apollo Pharmacy. This individual will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams to source/scout for new locations for New Store Opening (NSO). The individual will be partnering with our vendors and Suppliers in planning and executing the NSO. Key responsibilities for sourcing:  Work with business team to identify the new location in various areas in cities and districts.  Understand the requirements to open a store and be well versed with the location parameters such as demographical, geographical & sociographical.  Negotiate with landlords/owners of the premises, collect and validate the required documents and complete the agreement signing procedures.  Build strategies on new locations where we are not present & make cluster mapping sheets.  Reporting daily updates to central team, co-ordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.  Able to handle extensions, renewals and security deposits with the existing store landlords/owners.  Led a high impact driven role within retail for a growing organization
