Key Responsibilities:
📍 Role: Sales Field Executive (Gurgaon Specialist)
1. Area Mastery & New Business
* Deep Local Knowledge: You must have vast knowledge of Sector 9, Sector 10, Golf Course Extension Road, and New Gurgaon Sectors (Sectors 80 to 115).
* Finding Clients: You should know exactly where the new cafes, restaurants, and dhabas are opening in these specific sectors.
* Onboarding: Visit these outlets and sign them up to buy their daily grocery stock (B2B) from our company.
2. Daily Sales & Order Taking
* Target Focus: You will be given a Monthly Sales Target. You must work hard in your assigned sectors to hit these numbers.
* Order Booking: Visit every Hotel, Restaurant, and Canteen on your route to take their daily or weekly grocery orders.
* Expanding Sales: Ensure that a client who buys 5 items today starts buying 10 items from us next month.
3. Payment & Cash Handling
* Collection: You are responsible for collecting the money for the orders you book.
* Cash Management: You will handle daily cash and cheques. You must be honest and ensure all money is submitted to the office/bank every day.
* Dues Tracking: Keep a close eye on "Udhaar" (credit). Make sure no client keeps payments pending for too long.
4. Relationship Management
* Service: Be the main person the client calls for any requirement. Ensure they are happy with our wholesale rates and delivery.
* Market Updates: Keep an eye on what other wholesalers are doing in Sector 9, 10, and New Gurgaon to help us stay ahead.
📝 Candidate Requirements:
* Vast Area Knowledge: Should know the shortcuts, market timings, and key owners in Sector 9, 10, Golf Course Ext., and New Gurgaon.
* Vehicle: Must have your own bike/scooter to cover these long distances across Gurgaon.
* Hardworking: Ready to spend 7-8 hours on the field meeting clients.
