Job Description – Marketing Executive with Back Office

Location: Sadhuvasvani Road, Rajkot

Position: Marketing Executive with Back Office

Gender: Male Only

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification: B.Com / B.B.A. / B.C.A. / M.B.A.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month

(Depends on Skills & Interview)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients at their location and explain suitable loan options as per their requirements.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and other marketing activities.

Meet clients face-to-face and maintain strong professional relationships.

Understand client requirements and guide them regarding suitable loan solutions.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and documentation.

Handle back-office activities including data entry, documentation, follow-ups, and report preparation.

Maintain proper records of client details, meetings, and follow-ups.

Travel outside the office for client meetings and marketing activities.

🔹 Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer handling and relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email, and computer operations.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Important Requirement:

Own Bike is Mandatory for field work.

Petrol Allowance will be provided by the company.
