Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and visit potential clients such as industries, companies, warehouses, societies, hospitals, and commercial establishments.

• Present company profile, services, and proposals to clients.

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Client Meetings & Follow-ups

• Conduct regular field visits to meet HR/Admin/Management of client companies.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and submitted proposals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Service Promotion

• Promote security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff, and facility management services.

• Participate in on-ground campaigns, meetings, and marketing activities.

Inspection & Coordination

• Conduct site visits to understand manpower requirements of clients.

• Coordinate with the operations team for deployment of guards.

• Support in resolving client complaints through timely communication.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports.

• Maintain record of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations.

3. Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience in marketing, sales, or fieldwork (experience in security industry is an advantage).

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to travel daily for field visits.

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, MS Office).

• Own two-wheeler preferred.
