Job Summary

STOREKING.IN is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Consultants to promote and onboard retail stores and supermarket chains onto our SaaS-based billing and retail management software. This is a field-intensive role involving direct interaction with retail owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and retail chain outlets in assigned territories

• Pitch and demonstrate STOREKING.IN SaaS billing software

• Onboard retail shops and convert them into active STOREKING.IN users

• Build strong relationships with local retailers and chains

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets

• Maintain field reports and customer onboarding details

• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Incentive: ₹3,000 per shop attachment

  • Can earn additional ₹25,000 or more based on performance

• Travel Allowance + LA + DA: Applicable

• Total Monthly Earning Potential:

  • ₹40,000 to ₹65,000 (based on performance)

Training Details

• Mandatory 7 Days Training at Company Location

• Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru

• Training Allowance: ₹5,000 (paid as training expenses)

Work Details

• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  (Flexibility required as per field/business needs)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: Sunday

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE, MBA, BBM, B.Com (Freshers welcome)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic sales/field exposure

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to work in the field

  • Basic understanding of sales & customer handling

• Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates
