hiring dynamic and result-driven PROs (Lead Generation Executives) to support client projects across Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with parents at schools, events, and other on-ground touchpoints to generate high-quality leads and maintain accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with parents and guardians at schools, events, and nearby locations
Generate qualified leads as per client requirements
Explain services and offerings clearly to potential customers
Maintain and submit accurate lead data on a daily basis
Meet assigned targets and ensure quality of leads
Coordinate with the team and report daily activities
Target & Performance
Minimum 250 leads per promoter per month
Focus on both quantity and quality of leads
Requirements
Only Graduate candidates can apply
Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
Ability to work on-field and interact with customers
Prior experience in sales/promotions is a plus
Working Details
Field-based role across assigned locations
Flexible hours depending on school timings and events
Weekly off as per roster
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 –20000 per month
