The Field Marketing Executive at Sitril Property Management is responsible for visiting property owners, apartments, gated communities, builders, and commercial establishments to promote Sitril’s services. The role includes acquiring new property management clients, collecting rental and sale property listings, generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining the company’s services such as property management, rentals, real estate, construction, interiors, repair and renovation, and building business relationships. The executive must follow up with property owners and prospective clients, arrange property inspections, identify new business opportunities, maintain accurate lead records, and submit daily field visit reports to the office team to support business growth and client acquisition.
