Marketing Field Executive

Job Location

Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply.

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Must have your own two-wheeler.

• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Good communication skills.

• Should be street-smart, confident, proactive, and comfortable with field work.

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Salary will depend on the candidate's performance during the interview.

• Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to salary.

• Incentives will be paid in the same month along with the salary.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off

Rotational Week Off – Take one between Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit properties along with clients and assist them during property visits.

• Generate and identify new leads through field marketing and local market activities.

• Coordinate with clients and understand their property requirements.

• Assist clients with property-related information and queries.

• Help with documentation and other related property work.

• Follow up with potential leads and clients.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and the internal team.

• Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.

• Complete assigned field activities and achieve monthly targets.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, street-smart, and target-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable travelling locally for field work.
