Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive – Customer Development to join our team at Royale Air Products. The role focuses on field visits, customer relationship building, lead generation and business development activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industrial areas and potential customers for business development

• Generate new leads and develop customer relationships

• Meet factories, workshops and commercial clients to promote company products and services

• Coordinate with existing customers for repeat business and support

• Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information

• Assist in customer follow-ups, enquiries and order coordination

• Support branding and local promotional activities in the field

• Maintain daily visit reports and customer database

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above

• 1–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales or customer development preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of Industrial Gases and customer handling

• Ability to travel locally for customer visits

• Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented approach

• Own Two-Wheeler
