Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Greater Noida West (Near Gaur City Chowk)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Inclusive of Conveyance)

## Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our programs through field marketing and BTL activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to generate admissions through effective outreach and relationship building.

## Key Responsibilities

• Conduct BTL marketing activities in semi-rural areas, residential societies, schools, factories, public gatherings, and other targeted locations.

• Interact with students, parents, teachers, HR professionals, and administrative managers to promote company programs.

• Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations.

• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

• Submit daily activity reports (Morning & Evening) to the reporting manager.

• Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports as per company requirements.

• Coordinate with the Centre Manager for planning and execution of marketing activities.

• Represent the company professionally during promotional events and campaigns.

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Field sales and BTL marketing experience.

• Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

• Familiarity with the local market and surrounding areas.

## Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Science background will be an added advantage.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, BTL Activities, or Business Development.

• Experience in the Healthcare or Education sector will be preferred.

• Must be familiar with areas within a 10 km radius of Gaur City Chowk.

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
