Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Field Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing field marketing activities, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, promoting products and services, and assisting with local marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to design effective strategies and analyze trends

Strong Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting marketing initiatives effectively

Experience in Sales to identify and convert leads to customers, and generate revenue

Knowledge of Marketing principles and practices, with the ability to execute campaigns successfully

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru

Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
