Job Description: CompuTax Software Sales Executive

Job Summary
The CompuTax Software Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's suite of taxation and accounting software products (e.g., CompuTax, CompuTDS, CompuBal) to new and existing clients, primarily Chartered Accountants, tax professionals, and businesses. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and technical skills to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.

• Needs Assessment and Solution Proposal: Understand potential clients' specific accounting and taxation requirements and recommend appropriate CompuTax products that meet their needs.

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive and informative product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in-person, to showcase software features and benefits.

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales deals.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and identify upselling opportunities (e.g., upgrades, additional modules like CompuTDS or CompuBal).

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new tax regulations (e.g., GST, Income Tax updates), competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

• Reporting and CRM Maintenance: Accurately track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales reports to management.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and product implementation.

• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
