Job Description:  Overview - 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, the ability to interpret data, and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights

• Travel to different locations (if required) for field research and data collection

• Analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations

• Perform data validation, verification, and quality checks

• Assist in creating research methodologies and frameworks

• Maintain and update research databases and records

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business decisions

• Use tools like MS Excel and other analytical software for data handling

• Ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong analytical skills can apply)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary + Travel Allowance (TA) will be reimbursed as per company policy

• Overtime pay applicable as per company norms

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
