Marketing Executive – Healthcare Partnerships & Referrals

Omsorg Assisted Living & Elder Care | Gurgaon

Omsorg is a professionally managed assisted living and elder care organisation in Gurgaon, offering Assisted Living, Dementia Care, Elder Day Care, and Home Care. We work closely with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals to support safe transitions from hospital to home or assisted living.

We are seeking a relationship-driven Marketing Executive with strong on-the-ground healthcare networks to help us establish sustainable referral partnerships across Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with:

• Doctors (MD, Physicians, Geriatricians, Neurologists, Orthopaedics, Surgeons)

• Hospital discharge coordinators and case managers

• Nursing heads and ward in-charges

• Clinics, diagnostic centres, physiotherapy and rehab centres

• Regular visits to specialised hospitals and nursing homes across Gurgaon

• Present Omsorg’s assisted living, dementia care, day care, and home care services clearly and ethically

• Coordinate with hospital teams for post-discharge care planning

• Track referral leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Represent Omsorg professionally in meetings, hospital discussions, and networking events

• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients

What We Are Looking For:

2–6 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, or medical referrals

• Strong local network in Gurgaon, especially with:

• Multi-specialty hospitals

• Specialised hospitals (neuro, ortho, cardiac, rehab)

• Doctors, nurses, discharge planners, and care coordinators

• Prior experience in home healthcare, assisted living, hospitals, medical devices, diagnostics, or rehab services preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with field work and hospital visits

• Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi
