Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-driven candidates for Marketing & Sales roles for Vodafone Idea (Vi). The candidate will be responsible for promoting telecom products, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales through field and direct marketing activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Vodafone Idea (Vi) products (SIM cards, prepaid/postpaid plans, data packs)

• Acquire new customers through field sales, events, and direct marketing

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Explain plan benefits, offers, and services to customers

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with retailers/distributors for sales growth

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions

🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and convincing ability

• Willingness to travel for field work

• Basic smartphone and digital app knowledge

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

🔹 Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th pass

• Graduate preferred

🔹 Experience:

• Fresher or 1–2 years experience in telecom/field sales preferred

🔹 Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Commission
