Conduct regular field visits to ophthalmologists, general practitioners, clinics, optical shops, pharmacies, corporates, schools, industries, and institutions.
Promote Nandadeep Eye Hospital’s services including OPD, surgeries, LASIK, camps, government schemes (MJPJAY, ECHS, TPA), and specialty clinics.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral doctors and partners.
Plan, organize, and execute eye check-up camps and awareness programs in coordination with hospital departments.
Ensure ethical marketing practices and accurate communication of hospital services as per NABH guidelines.
Collect, analyze, and submit daily field visit reports, referral data, and MIS to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with Counseling, Optometry, Pharmacy, TPA, and Operations teams for smooth patient handling and follow-ups.
Ensure proper placement and upkeep of hospital branding and promotional materials in the field.
Track leads, conversions, and patient feedback; recommend improvements based on field insights.
Support hospital outreach initiatives and special drives as assigned.
