Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing & Lead Generation Executive based in Patna. The role involves generating leads for MBA programs through on-ground activities, promotional campaigns, and local outreach. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working in the field to drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for MBA programs through field marketing activities.

• Conduct promotional campaigns in colleges, coaching centers, and public areas.

• Plan and execute advertisement strategies including offline marketing, pamphlet distribution, and local promotions.

• Build relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and influencers for lead generation.

• Maintain a database of prospective candidates and follow up regularly.

• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and events.

• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign effectiveness.

• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA aspirants or marketing background preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally within Patna for fieldwork.

• Basic understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
