We are looking for a Sales and Marketing agent to join our team MAKSOM PACKAGING LLP to explore the market and visit potential customers. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting new clients and advertising our products
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 12 months of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
