Role & Responsibilities:
Visit and connect with local real estate agents in assigned areas
Onboard agents onto the platform as Digital Partners
Build and maintain a strong network of agents and professionals
Educate agents on platform usage and business generation opportunities
Work towards achieving monthly sales and onboarding targets
Develop and manage your own network/team of agents
Drive business growth through both B2B and B2C channels
Contribute to increasing market connectivity, job flow, and visibility within the construction ecosystem
Earn additional incentives based on the performance of your network/team
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Sales-oriented mindset with strong networking ability
Own bike is mandatory
Must have a smartphone
