Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Kisan Scaffolding to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites across Chennai to meet Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Builders.

• Generate leads for shuttering and scaffolding rental requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies and contractors.

• Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for material availability and project requirements.

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking records.

• Represent Kisan Scaffolding professionally and promote company services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby areas.

• Knowledge of construction projects and industry contacts will be preferred.
