Job Title: Marketing Field Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground marketing, customer engagement, and driving sales through direct interaction with potential customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to promote the company’s products/services.

Identify new market opportunities and customer leads.

Distribute marketing materials and explain product features and benefits.

Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns.

Gather feedback and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Submit regular reports on field activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
